2023 APARTMENTS PRICE LIST IN EUROS FOR EVERY WEEK
For periods of at least three weeks there is a 10% discount on the total amount due.
SERVICES INCLUDED: iva, utilities, air conditioning, OUTDOOR PARKING (oneplace car for every apartmet in our parking about 100 metres far) and beach service in our Chalet Il Gambero (one beach-umbrella, one deck chair and one beach lounger for every A type apartment and for every B type apartment 4 p and two beach-umbrellas, two deck chairs and two beach loungers for every B type apartment 5 p and for every B type apartment 6 p .
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (OPTIONAL, not obbligatory): bed and bath linen (10 euros for every person every time), other beach loungers (30 euros anyone every week), other deck chairs (15,00 euros anyone every week) sun umbrellas in the first three lines(85 euros every week in the first, 65 euros in the second and 50,00 euros in the third).
CITY TAX (obbligatory): 7 euros in total per person who is 13 years old.
FINAL CLEAN UP (obbligatory): 40 euros A type – 60 euros B type.
NOTES
STAY START-END: 14:00 first day – 09:00 last day
GARANTEE DEPOSIT: 100 euros.
The reservation will be accepted only with an advanced payment due for the 30% of the total amount.
The rest must be paid on the arrive.
The deffered arrive or the advanced departure don’t provide rent reductions.
The apartments are equipped and can take it in only the members indicated.
